The CernySmith Assessment Index (CSA) is an assessment that helps individuals and teams adjust to the demands of cross cultural change. Connect is an international organization that works in Asia, the Middle East and Africa, that provides support to around 100 cross cultural workers. Connect has been using the CSA for 8 years. This paper reviews the use of the CSA Team Report function and presents the longitudinal findings of the Team Report and how this has affected organizational planning, systems, and support. Furthermore data was collected at two points in 2014 and 2016 in four locations and compared for analysis busing the Team Report function. Three findings are suggested that have influenced Connect’s leadership selection and training, how locations facing transition are proactively supported, and where a need for further qualitative research is required.
